Was so sad to see my son leave preschool! All the staff are absolutely amazing! Supported my son all the way, really understood him. Helped and supported us both through his diagnosis. Thank you so much for the 2 years with my little boy! He’s now ready for primary school thanks to you all x

My son joined scalliwags having just turned 2 years old the team couldn’t do enough for him. Moving to a new premises in my opinion the absolute best thing scalliwags could have done, more room newer facilities with the team that work there only made everything thrive even more so. During our stay my son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, within 1 week the team had training and welcomed my son in helping with all the treatments he needed I cannot talk highly about scalliwags as a pre school and the staff as human beings they are incredible. My son is ready for school and I have no doubt he will thrive, this is down to these wonderful humans doing the job they do and they clearly love.

We have found scallywags to be an absolute godsend, our daughter has been going to the pre school since she was 2.5 and she absolutely loves it there and has thrived since being there. She has made some great friends there who hopefully will be with her through primary school and beyond. We 100% recommend anyone who is thinking of looking for a pre school to go and check them out.

My son loves going to Scalliwags and playing and learning with the other children there. The staff are amazing. They treat all the children like their own always very caring and friendly. I am continuing to keep my son here for his pre-school year as he’s is just so happy and loves he’s days at Scalliwags.

Amazing Pre-school. Both of my children have attended and they have been nothing but supportive with both. My youngest is currently going thru assessments for Autism and the staff have been nothing more than supportive and doing everything they can to support my child and myself in the process. An amazing team!

My son joined scalliwags as he was unhappy at another setting, but I wish I had started him there at the beginning of his pe school experience. I cant rate the ladies there enough, they made his time there so enjoyable and put him and me at ease instantly. A great space for children, even with the covid restrictions and the whole transition was made easy for us and the children. Cant thank them enough.

Both of my children went to Scalliwags pre-school and thrived under the care and guidance that they received from the staff. Scalliwags nurtured and encouraged their creativity and individuality, whilst also ensuring that they were ready for the transition to primary school.

My LG moved to scalliwags half way through her year, and safe to say if she could have moved in she would have! The only downside to Scalliwags was that my little girl used to cry at bed time for Charlotte (her key worker) to put her to bed as she loved her that much!! If I could have given them a 6* I would have! My little girl will miss being at Scalliwags so much! Even through lockdown they kept in touch with all the children and all the staff were utterly amazing!! Thank you so much for everything you have done! We will miss you all X

Both my children attended Scalliwags, with my youngest leaving in Summer 2020. Both were more than ready for school by the time they left and although sad to leave, were so excited to start school. I have always felt really happy with the care and attention both my kids received there and the staff always kept you up to date on everything taking place. I would recommend to anyone looking to move to the area.

As a mum of 2 boys who both attended Scalliwags Pre-School before starting Primary School I can't recommend them enough. My youngest left in July 2019 and it was like a home away from home for him. His Key Worker was amazing throughout the two years he was there and he always felt loved and cared for. The staff are so kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. Everything they do is focused on the children to help them grow, make friends and feel safe and loved. Scalliwags is without a doubt a fabulous pre-school and great start for any child. I 100% recommend Scalliwags to anyone in the area looking for a pre-school for their children.
